PurgePro provides GDPR-compliant data suppression services. We submit GDPR requests (Article 18 suppression, Article 17 deletion, Article 15 access, Article 21 objection) to data brokers on your behalf. Services include automated email and web form submissions, compliance tracking, and automated follow-up enforcement.
Prices are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe (PCI DSS-certified payment provider). Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices: Individual Monthly €4.99, Individual Yearly €49, Family Monthly €14.99, Family Yearly €99.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We are not liable for the actions or responses of third-party data brokers. While we use legally compliant methods (GDPR Article 18), we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from individual brokers. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
These Terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Bonn, Germany. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
